Mindfulness is the practice of being fully aware of whatever is happening in the present moment, without filters or the lens of judgment.  It is a practice that can lead to better stress management, decreased anxiety, increased concentration and more balanced interaction with everyday situations.

Flow Yoga

  • Flow Yoga is an active yoga practice with a variety of postures
  • Learn how to combine breath and vigorous movement to help reduce stress
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Yoga mats, straps provided
