The ADHD group is about strategies to manage the challenges and celebrate the strengths of students with ADHD. Participants will contribute their own tips, tricks, knowledge and experience. Guest speakers and facilitators will bring proven strategies like mindfulness and technologies to manage the symptoms.
This group will take place the first Monday of every month (January's group will meet on the 8th because of the university closure). Join us for all sessions to get the benefits of ongoing practice and strategies, or come to one or several sessions of your choice. We look forward to seeing you!
